Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ghosi P.S. Case No. 281 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 477 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had resigned as per the amnesty scheme of the Government and this F.I.R. has been filed without considering the amnesty scheme of the Government. Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36844 of 2021(2) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 281 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
