JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 27.09.2011 passed in Case No.239/2011, as contained in Letter No.491 dated 14.10.2011 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of
