Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 113 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 324, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4/8 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Vide order dated 10.12.2017 the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, Patna. Mediation Report is at Flag 'X'. Perusal of the same shows that parties are not ready to live together and they wants to be separated on the terms mentioned in the Mediation Report.
