The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Katihar (Sahayak) P.S. Case No.443 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is only said to be an order giver and on completion of investigation the police did not find her culpability in the alleged offence but differing with

No.41985 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 the police report, the jurisdictional Magistrate took cognizance of the offence, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Katihar in connection with Katihar (Sahayak) P.S. Case No.443 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks.
