Mr. Prabhakar Jha, learned counsel appearing for Respondents/Bank submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and arrears or pension for the period of 01.04.2018 to 30.06.2019 has already been paid to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the submission made by the learned counsel for the Bank. In view of the fact that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, the present writ application is disposed of as infructuous.
