The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504 and 34 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, it is a case of murder of a lady, namely, Sahodari Devi by way of indiscriminate blow of lathi by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Both the petitioners are ladies. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. From perusal of the postmortem report, i.e.,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58121 of 2015 (3) dt.09-03-2016 Annexure-2, it is evident that no injury was found upon the deceased.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nawada, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
