JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That the petitioner prays for issuance of appropriate writ, order, orders or direction to the Concerned respondents to implement and enforce the earlier order of this Court passed in C.W.J.C.No. 17574/2010 dated 29.7.11 in which the necessary order was passed in favour of the petitioner to give all the A.C.P.
benefits to the petitioner from the date the petitioner is entitled under the law."
Patna High Court CWJC No.23372 of 2013(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 This court finds that the present writ petition is not maintainable, inasmuch as in case the petitioner is aggrieved with non-compliance of any order of this Court, he should invoke the contempt jurisdiction of this Court.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies, as are otherwise available under the law.
