On going through the diverse pleadings in the writ petition, prima facie, it appears that no wrong has been done to the petitioner . It is public cause which is being reflected through the application. The writ application is held not maintainable. Mr. Ranjan states that the petitioner would represent the grievance raised in this application before the concerned authority. He is permitted to do so. The counter affidavit of the State is also to the effect that the petitioner has no locus standi to file the writ petition. It is further stated that the relevant authority has not been made party to the present writ petition.

The writ application is dismissed.
