Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S.Case No. 30 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

The allegation against these petitioners is that they were involved in assault for alleged dispute with regard to repayment of loan amount. He further submits that the parties are co-villagers. He also submits that the petitioners have

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners named above be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S.Case No.30 of 2019 with condition that the bailors should be the local residents and also subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
