Counsel for the State on instruction clearly submits that the Director-in-Chief (Nursing), Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna is actively considering the matter with regard to the special examination to be held of the petitioner's institution and a decision in this regard is likely to be taken shortly. The Court directs that such a decision must be taken

Patna High Court CWJC No.19112 of 2015 dt.17-12-2015 2/2 within six weeks and thereafter the dates notified with regard to the examination.

Time granted by the Court must be adhered to. Otherwise, students will suffer on account of failure to stick to the academic calendar.
