The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 22 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 409 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 24.02.2023 and 13.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 60861 of 2022 and 55856 of 2022 respectively, as contained in Annexure-2 series to the bail petition.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27703 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 22 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
