No counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents.
The petitioner prays for a direction to issue the original National Trade Certificate. According to the writ petition, the petitioner passed the test in the examination held in the month of July,
Patna High Court CWJC No.23076 of 2013 dt.04-09-2015 2/2 1999. The provisional certificate issued to him by the Secretary, State Council for Vocational Training, Bihar has been enclosed as Annexure-2. The respondent Council is required to issue the certificate of passing the said examination.
Contention of the petitioner is that in spite of application made in this respect together with required fee, the said certificate has not been issued. In the aforesaid background, the present writ petition has been filed.
Having heard the parties and in view of the agreement at the Bar, the writ application is disposed of directing the respondents, particularly, Respondent nos. 7 and 8 to ensure that the original National Trade Certificate of the petitioner is issued and sent to the appropriate authority of the State Government within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before the respondent nos. 7 and 8. If any verification is required, the same should also be made and concluded within the aforesaid time. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) Pankaj/- U T
