The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Araria Mahila P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016 registered under Sections 448, 354, 376(d), 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the victim, in her statements recorded under sections 161, 164 of the Cr. P.C. and in the first information report, has given different version. Further submission is that there is no medical report of the Doctor.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42437 of 2017 (4) dt.04-12-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria Mahila P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
