The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 159 of 2014 registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has been falsely implicated in the present case due to political rivalry because she is the Mukhiya. It is further submitted that the main allegation is against the one Sri Lal and not against the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation made against the present petitioner and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57122 of 2015 (3) dt.22-02-2016 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs.
