JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 504, 406 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The allegation of the informant of this case is that all the accused persons including the petitioners herein, who are said to be mother-in-law and father-in-law of the informant, have harassed the informant on account of non-fulfillment of the demand for dowry.

No.4603 of 2018 (2) dt.25-01-2018 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire family members of the husband of the informant have been roped in the present case without any particular or specific allegation against them with regard to harassing the informant on account of non-fulfillment of the demand for dowry. It is further submitted that as far as the petitioners herein are concerned, they have got nothing to do with the husband of the informant as far as the allegation of demand for dowry and harassment is concerned.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, District-Rohtas in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
