JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-10-2020 Heard Mr. Vikram Deo Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the informant and Mr. Arun Kumar Singh 5, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video conferencing. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 328 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6/4 of POCSO Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he committed rape upon the the informant i.e. victim girl. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months from today.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23066 of 2020(3) dt.19-10-2020 2/2 Permissions is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
