JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Kudhni P.S. Case No. 01 of 2020 for offences under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are Mama, Mami and Mamera Bhai of Sumit Kumar against whom there is allegation that he used to talk with daughter of the informant and took away her for the purpose of marriage.

Considering fact that the petitioners are Mama, Mami

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23453 of 2020(3) dt.11-01-2021 2/2 and Mamera Bhai of Sumit Kuma and they have not played any specific role in the present case, this Court is inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Let petitioners, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Bhabhua, Kaimur in connection with Kudhni P.S. Case No.01 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) BT/- U T
