Petitioner is aggrieved by cancellation of her selection as Asha Health Worker for Anganbari Center Koriyapatti, South Tola under Gram Panchayat Devipur Raghopur block in the district of Supaul.

Issue has been examined by the District Magistrate, Supaul. Relying upon the record produced before the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.12656 of 2014(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 Magistrate and after hearing the parties, he has observed in the impugned order dated 10.02.2014 that in absence of any vacancy, petitioner was selected as Asha health worker. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that some reports have been considered though copies of the same have not been served to the petitioner.

Since impugned order is based on finding of fact with reference to record, therefore, this court does not find any reason to interfere with the same. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
