JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. (i) A certiorari setting aside the departmental proceeding started against this petitioner which has been stood initiated vide Memo No.5854 dated 13.09.2012 in which after proceeding already final report has stood submitted finding the petitioner innocent vide letter No.124 dated 11.04.2013, but till date the disciplinary authority is keeping the matter pending, due to which the petitioner is not being paid his final pension and other consequential

(ii) A Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to exonerate the petitioner from all charges as also to pay him all consequential benefits including final pension and arrears of salary."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the grievances of the petitioner has already stood redressed, hence the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
