JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2019 The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, Gaya fairly submits that the case of the petitioner no.1 would be examined in its letter and spirit inasmuch as the husband of the petitioner no. 1 is already deceased and couple of issues are required to be sorted out at the level of the University.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4970 of 2007(18) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 In view of the fair submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel for the University, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, Gaya to consider the present writ petition as representation of the petitioner no. 1 / her husband and try to resolve the grievances by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from today. It goes without saying that in case, any benefit accrues to the petitioner no. 1 as a result of passing of a favourable order by the Registrar of the University, consequential monetary benefit should be transferred to the account of the petitioner no. 1 expeditiously.

It is needless to state that in case, the learned counsel for the Magadh University applies for obtaining the certified copy of the present writ petition along with its annexures, the same shall be given forthwith.
