Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with S.Tr. No.73/2021 arising out of Dhanaha P.S. Case No.182/2020 instituted under Sections 302, 201, 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation in the FIR, the marriage of the deceased was solemnized with this petitioner and it is alleged that there was demand of dowry and due to non-payment, they had threatened that the informant can never meet her. On the fateful day, 29.07.2020, the informant visited his daughter's house and came to know that she has been killed and the dead

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27131 of 2022(2) dt.23-08-2022 2/2 body has also been disappeared. The further allegation is that the informant's relative were also assaulted when they came to inquire about the matter.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased lady and he cannot exonerate his responsibility from the alleged death of his wife with whom he was married for ten years. Taking into account the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner and this bail application is accordingly rejected.

However, in view of the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2020, the Trial court is directed to expedite the Trial and conclude the same at an earliest. (Rajiv Roy, J) Prakash Narayan /- U T
