JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2023 The learned counsel for the Respondent-State seeks to file a counter affidavit, which is taken on record. It is submitted that the entire encroachments in question have been removed and a letter has been sent to the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, on 18.4.2013, to initiate departmental proceeding against the concerned erring Circle Officers, responsible for not concluding the proceedings of the aforesaid encroachment case, despite lapse of 10 years and appropriate departmental proceeding is expected to be initiated very soon.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied that now, the encroachment has stood removed, hence, he does not wish to press the present writ petition.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18769 of 2015(3) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
