The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a), 41 (1), 42 (2), 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case total 374 liters 580 Ml liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing
