JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/120(B)/201 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the informant got information that on 25.07.2021 that his daughter Pratima Devi was killed by her in-laws and her dead body was disappeared. It is submitted that petitioner is cousin brother-in-law of late husband of the deceased and has got no concern with the alleged occurrence. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner. It is further submitted that there is no eye witness of the alleged occurrence. He is separate in mess and property. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Lakhisarai in connection with Lakkshisarai P.S. case no 468 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
