The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of abducting seventeen and half years old daughter of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim eloped with Shyam Das and has performed marriage with him. The petitioner has been roped in the present case simply because she happens to be maternal aunt of Shyam Das. The eloped on 30.08.2015 when the FIR was registered on 12.09.2015.
