This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59365 of 2021, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner after the order of this Court the petitioner has surrendered in the Court below due to pressure of the police and therefore, this Court may modify the aforesaid order dated 21.03.2022. In the opinion of this Court, this modification application is misconceived. Accordingly, it is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file regular bail in accordance with law.
