The petitioner, who is a retired Revenue Clerk, has approached this Court for a direction to the respondent authorities to pay him the benefits of the A.C.P., to which he is entitled.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the representations given by him before the relevant / concerned authorities have fallen on deaf ears.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8085 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Revenue and Land Reforms, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of four weeks, who, on receipt of the same, shall, after verifying the records, pass necessary order in accordance with law, within a further period of ten weeks, thereafter. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
