The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 260 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2023 and there is recovery of 100 liters of illegal liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of
