JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.
On commission of theft in the house of the informant, the First Information Report was registered against unknown. During investigation the name of the petitioner and others sprang up as a person who committed theft. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55524 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 Mokama P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
