The petitioner apprehend his arrest in Sasaram P.S. Case No. 1430 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner has obtained loan from the Central Bank of India after surrendering his LIC Policy No. 512822820.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that LIC policy of the petitioner is not fake. The petitioner has already received the entire amount of loan. The petitioner has also returned Rs. 1,25000/- to the bank and Rs. 60,000/- is still lying

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34695 of 2017 (3) dt.22-08-2017 due against the petitioner. The petitioner is ready to return the rest amount.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram P.S. Case No. 1430 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Devendra/- U T
