19-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 51/2017 registered under Sections 306, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner referring to the order dated 13.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34908/2017 vide Annexure-3 to the writ application submits that, in fact, in course of investigation, it has revealed that the deceased had taken loan from several persons and when he failed to repay the same he committed suicide. The coaccused Ramesh Singh has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Learned counsel for the State is present.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6938 of 2018 (2) dt.19-02-2018 Considering the facts and circumstances particularly that what has revealed in course of investigation and has been taken note of by the learned co-ordinate Bench while allowing anticipatory bail to the co-accused Ramesh Singh, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna, in connection with Masaurhi P.S.
