The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.135 of 2020 registered for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused and the motorcycle has been recovered from the house of his in-laws.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
