2. Petitioner has challenged her removal as Angan Bari Sevika, Bainibha Centre, bearing Centre no. 26. He submits that since number of children was found insufficient, she has been removed and that on realization of some deficiencies, at least she should have been given an opportunity to rectify the errors.

3. It appears that there are series of inspections starting from 9.4.2012 to 13.9.2012. In all inspections various types of deficiencies have been reported such as presence of few children, irregularities in preparation of Posahar and irregularity in T.H.R., etc.

4. The petitioner was heard and after considering the allegations levelled against her by the Inspecting Officer, she has been removed. Her appeal was considered and has been decided by the Deputy Director Welfare, Patna by a considered and speaking order vide order dated 29.03.2014 which is Annexure A to the counter affidavit. It appears that there is no procedural infirmity as after allowing her adequate opportunity and considering her contentions, she has been removed as Angan Bari Sevika.

5. The writ petition is devoid of any merit and is dismissed.
