The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i) For quashing the order dated 27.01.2011 passed by the District Magistrate, Samastipur as contained in Annexure-2, whereby and whereunder the petitioner's selection to the post of Anganwari Sevika in Anganwari Centre No.148, Satmalpur in Gram Panchayat

Patna High Court CWJC No.23009 of 2013(3) dt.20-07-2023 2/3 Satmalpur under Waris Nagar Block in the District of Samastipur has been terminated.

(ii) For quashing the order dated 27.08.2013 passed in Case No.07 of 2011-12 as contained in Annexure-6 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga, the Respondent No. 4 in Anganwari Appeal No.07 of 2011-12 preferred against the order dated 27.01.2011 (Annexure-2) by the petitioner whereby and whereunder the said Appeal i.e. Anganwari Appeal No.07 of 2011-12 has been dismissed.

(iii) In consequence of quashing of Orders as contained in Annexure-2 & 6 for direction upon the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Centre No.148, Satmalpur in Gram Panchayat Satmalpur under Waris Nagar Block in the District of Samastipur."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23009 of 2013(3) dt.20-07-2023 3/3 petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
