The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the record it appears that Sintu Kumar had entered into marriage with the petitioner of her own choice. In the statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure she has stated that she is living with petitioner according to her own will. Case No.288 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
