The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
From the record it appears that Sintu Kumar had entered into marriage with the petitioner of her own choice. In the statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure she has stated that she is living with petitioner according to her own will. Court below has recorded that during investigation it has come that she died on account of pregnancy. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the

No.40648 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Dheeraj Kumar, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No.288 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
