JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 353 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 33 and 41 of the Indian Forest Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioners were only the members of the mob. Neither petitioners were arrested on the spot nor anything has been recovered from them. Petitioners have clean antecedent.
