The petitioner seeks bail in Piro P.S. Case No. 235 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held.

Petitioner was arrested merely on suspicion. He is in custody since 22.12.2018. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused have already been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 3.12.2018 and 5.4.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 66733 of 2018 and 11654 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27984 of 2019(2) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 2019 respectively.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah, in connection with Piro P.S.
