1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief/s:- "(i) That for issuance of appropriate writ order or direction or writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to grant graduate Trained Scale from 11.05.90 and Headmaster Scale from 11.05.95 since the junior to the petitioner was allowed graduate Trained Scale and thereafter Headmaster Scale by a meeting held on 31.12.08 and 28.06.12.

(ii) That for issuance of appropriate writ order or direction or writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents that the petitioner who was appointed as matric trained teacher on 4th February, 1981 and was allowed matric and trained scale from 11.05.82 and passed graduation in 1976 and passed M.A in 1992 and was senior from Sri Prabhat Kumar

Anwar and many other teachers appointed after the petitioner and was allowed matric & inter trained scale after the petitioner but allowed graduate trained scale and headmaster scale before the petitioner as such committing glaring inconsistency and promoting the teachers on the basis of pick and choose ignoring the seniority as such specific directing by way of mandamus may kindly be issued in this regards.

(iii) That for issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction or writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to grant benefit of Headmaster Scale from 11.05.1995 the date by which many junior to the petitioner was allowed Headmaster Scale by the respondent.

(iv) That responsible be punished for repeated discrimination making out against the petitioner and for knowingly extending the course of litigation since 2008.

(v) That for grant of other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner be fund entitled in law be granted to them."

2. Mr. Diwakar Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
