ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.144 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is based on suspicion and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no eye-witness to the occurrence and the husband of the informant was found in an injured condition in a ditch and some unknown may have attacked.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.16612 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.144 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
