The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 907 of 2022 registered under Section 376 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3, 4, 8 of the POCSO Act and Section 9 of the Child Marriage Protection Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70122 of 2022. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
