ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State Food Corporation as well as the learned counsel for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No.4 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 409, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad. In view of the fact that the petitioner had earlier given an undertaking to deposit the paddy way back on 3.5.2016, but despite several adjournments he did not meet his undertaking, the matter was not pressed by the learned counsel stating that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52947 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 he has no further instruction. The price of the paddy has also not been paid. There is no change of circumstances once again. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
