The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No. 300 of 2017 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted with Gadansi on the head of the informant Santosh Ram causing injuries, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
