The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354(B), 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and pray

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27389 of 2023(2) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners were granted by this Court.
