2. Due to typographical error in the satisfaction portion of the bail petition, there is some mistake.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in his/her petition.

4. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 21(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

5. The case of the prosecution is that from the possession of the petitioner 47 bottles of 100 ml Onerex Syrup, 50 bottles of 100 ml Win Cirex Cough Syrup, 750 tablets of Nitravet-10, 30 tablets of Nitroson-10 and 112 tablets of Spasmo-Proxyvon Plus.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25447 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 that quantum of the contraband which has been seized from the possession of the petitioner is of small quantity. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that from perusal of the F.I.R., it is not clear as to which contraband has been seized from the possession of the petitioner. It is also not clear as to the syrups and tablets which has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner contains which contraband. The petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2025 and has no criminal antecedent.

7. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

8. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case No.39 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Mr. Dinesh Sharma, N.D.P.S. Act, Sitamarhi.
