Now, in case, any of the applicants have any grievance still subsisting after the modified order was passed by the Division Bench in Letters Patent Appeal No.713 of 2006, they may initiate fresh proceedings in accordance with law based on the directions issued as modified by the Division Bench in the LPA in question.
