2. On 10.03.2026, Ms. Harsa Shashwat, made prayer for withdrawal of the petition.

3. Accordingly, the following order was passed. "Ms. Harsha Shashwat, learned counsel, on instruction of Mr. Umesh Chandra Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner is no more and as such she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

2. As prayed for, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. However, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, Deputy Registrar cum Senior Secretary recorded the said order in the C.W.J.C. No. 1144 of 2020 (instead of MJC No. 1144 of 2020). He is cautioned to be careful in future.

5. As such, the order dated 10.03.2020 is modified and is recorded in the MJC No. 1144 of 2020 as follows: "Ms. Harsha Shashwat, learned counsel, on instruction of Mr. Umesh Chandra Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner is no more and as such she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

2. As prayed for, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The order 10.03.2026 stands modified to the extent as recorded above.
