JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application, filed with a prayer for anticipatory bail, in view of wrong statement made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition to the effect that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, whereas, a supplementary affidavit, dated 05.02.2018, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating therein that the petitioner is accused in a good number of criminal cases, though the said affidavit has been filed when it was submitted by learned Counsel for the informant that the petitioner has serious criminal antecedent.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6537 of 2018(2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, without being prejudiced by this order, if he surrenders before the learned Court below in connection with Phulwaria P.S.
