The petitioner seeks bail in Warisnagar (Mathurapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 176 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the room of Chandan Kumar. Petitioner along with three other accused persons was found sitting in the room.

From the seizure list it appears that recovery has been made from the house of Chandan Kumar.

Petitioner is in custody since 7.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IInd cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Samastipur, Distt. Samastipur, in connection with Warisnagar (Mathurapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
