3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
"I. To direct the respondents especially respondent no.3 to consider the case of the petitioner for his transfer from Sadar Hospital, Jehanabad to the office of Civil Surgeon-cumChief Medical Officer, Nalanda to the post of Male Ward Attendant.
II. Also for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found in the eye of law."

4. Short question for consideration is whether petitioner is entitle to transfer from Sadar Hospital, Jehanabad to the office of Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Nalanda to the post of Male Ward Attendant or not?
5. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to consider petitioner's grievance sympathetically in view of his representations dated 06.06.2020 and 17.06.2020 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.
6. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
