The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 315, 498(A), 494, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusations are of making assault for nonfulfillment of dowry demand, trying to get the pregnancy aborted and performing second marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is father-in-law of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27616 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 against the petitioner. The petitioner lives separately from the informant and he has no concern with the dayto-day affairs of the informant and her husband. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 11 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
